Simple Electronics Projects for Beginners

These are top simple electronics projects for beginners, electronics engineers. These electronics projects are amazing to build for your minor projects with less number of components and easy to build.

Here you can find complete construction of the project by clicking on the title of the electronics projects list. Bookmark this page, we will update the list of electronics projects frequently with latest electronics projects.

    1. Automatic Street Light Control

Automatic street light control circuit is simple electronic project which is used to turn ON or OFF the street lights based on the light intensity outside automatically. Street light will be turned ON when the intensity of light is low or dark. Street light will be turned OFF when the intensity of light is high or daylight. It is very simple to build with less number of components.

    2. FM Receiver ( FM Radio )

This FM receiver mini project is very easy and simple to build. This FM receiver is simple electronic project which works as normal FM radio. It can receive different channels with respect to different frequencies. This FM receiver is constructed with less number of components using op-amp and transistors. It is designed in such a way that, we can adjust the receiver frequency to receive a particular channel.

    3. Induction Heater

Induction heater is a simple electronic project, which is easy to build with less number of components with less complexity. This induction heater produces heat in the metal and turns it into red. The metal is heated when the metal is inserted in the induction coil. Lets have look at the project, I hope you like it.

    4. Battery Management System

Battery Management System is also known as BMS . Lithium-ion batteries are now mega-popular. They have found wide application in portable electronics. But unlike other types of batteries, for example,  lead-acid or nickel batteries, lithium-ion batteries are very demanding for the charger parameters. If you don’t control the process of charging and discharging of such batteries, they will fail soon. The banks can swell and even explode from overcharging, and a deep discharge can cause of battery failure. In this project we build BMS which efficiently charge battery without any effects.

    5. Audio Amplifier ( 15W )

In this mini project we will build an audio amplifier which produces loud sound with less number of components. It can easily build on bread board. This circuit strengthen the low amplitude signal to high amplitude signal with high power to drive the high power speaker.

    6. Remote Control Switch

IR (Infrared) Remote Control Switch Circuit for home appliances is an very much necessity in our fast-paced life. As a result, much importance has been given to this aspect and a range of remote controls are prevalent today. One of the most frequent is that which makes use of IR radiations at particular frequencies for operations.

This circuit is a Remote Operated Home Appliance or Remote controlled Home appliance. The circuit is connected to any of the home appliances (lamp, fan, radio, etc) to make the appliance turn on/off from a TV, VCD, VCR, Air Conditioner or DVD remote control. The circuit can be activated from up to 8 meters. It is very easy to build and can be assembled on a normal prototype PCB.

    7. DC to DC Voltage converter

DC-to-DC converter is an electronic circuit that converts a source of direct current (DC) from one voltage level to another. It is a type of electric power converter. DC to DC converters are used in portable electronic devices such as cellular phones and laptop computers, which are supplied with power from batteries primarily. Such electronic devices often contain several sub-circuits, each with its own voltage level requirement different from that supplied by the battery or an external supply (sometimes higher or lower than the supply voltage).

    8. Mosquito repellent Circuit

Some of the mosquito repellents available in the market use a toxic liquid to generate poisonous vapors in order to repel mosquitoes out of the room. Due to the continuous release of poisonous vapors into the room, after midnight the natural balance of the air composition for good health reaches or exceeds the critical level. Mostly, these vapors attack the brain through lungs and exert an anesthetic effect on mosquitoes as well as other living beings by small or greater percentage. Long exposure to these toxic vapors may cause neurological or related problems. The best solution is to build a simple electronic circuit which can generate some output which repels mosquitoes.

    9. Soil Moisture Monitoring for Agriculture

In this mini project, we will moisture soil moisture levels. Soil moisture plays an important role in agriculture. Excessive or less moisture content may effect the crop. To avoid the effect, we will build a simple soil moisture monitoring device, which will sense the moisture in the soil and determines the percentage of moisture in the soil.

    10. Obstacle Distance detection

In this mini project, we will detect the obstacle and measure the distance from the device to the obstacle. This prototype is very much used in autonomous cars, robotics etc.,

    11. Audio Reactive Lights

This is also known as VU Meter (Volume Unit). It is used to measure the volume level. In this mini project, we will use a led bar with different color LEDs. When the audio volume is high, all light will ON. Depending on the volume of the audio, the LEDs will be turned ON.

    12. Gas Level detection and Alerting

In this simple electronics project we will build a device to monitor gas levels in air like CO, Hydrogen, LPG, Smoke and display the contents in terms of ppm in the display. It is very easy to build on breadboard with using only single sensor.

    13. Simple Weather Monitoring System

In this simple electronics project, we will build a simple device to monitor temperature and humidity in a room or outdoor. After measuring the temperature and humidity from sensor the temperature and humidity levels will be displayed on LCD. This project is build with a single sensor and very easy to build on breadboard.
